In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

2.4 Jurisdiction. 4.2 Deposit currency. All deposits and account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). No currency conversion is applied for players depositing via local Bangladeshi payment methods.

4.3 Minimum deposit. The current minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum deposit threshold may vary by payment method and is subject to change. Updated minimums are always displayed in the cashier section.

4.4 Withdrawal verification. Before processing a withdrawal, 9e999 may require the player to complete identity verification (KYC). Verification may include submission of a valid national identity document, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit. 9e999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.5 Withdrawal to original method. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit. 9e999 reserves the right to use an alternative method at its discretion where the original method is not available for payouts.

4.6 Processing times. 9e999 aims to process all withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within two (2) minutes for fully verified accounts. Processing times for other methods may vary. 9e999 accepts no liability for delays caused by the player's bank or payment provider.

4.7 Fees. 9e999 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 9e999 is not responsible.

5.1 General bonus terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by 9e999 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms & Conditions and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering requirements. Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. 5.4 Right to withdraw offers. 9e999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Offers are only valid for the period and under the conditions stated in their respective promotional terms.

6.1 Prohibited activities. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9e999 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker, live dealer, or sports betting markets.

6.3 Cooperation with investigations. Players are required to cooperate fully with any investigation conducted by 9e999 into suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breaches of these terms. Failure to cooperate may result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.
